Jo has 30 years' experience working in Occupational Psychology in the City of London and with international leaders and functional specialists in engineering, IT and pharma. In her early career she trained and worked as a Clinical Psychologist in the NHS. She has been part of the Executive Coaching Team at London Business School since 2004. She is part of the coaching faculty at Barclays and provides talent assessments to YSC. She works with a range of leaders from senior executives through to emerging leaders.
Her coaching includes development of skills in impact and influencing, performance management / dealing with difficult individuals, career transition and stress management / managing overwork. She offers talent assessment and career change support (for mid to late career professionals). She has coached professionals through assessment centre processes. Coaching can be with individuals or pairs of colleagues who wish to provide mutual support.
She bases her bespoke coaching on in depth psychological assessment and uses techniques of goal setting, behavioural rehearsal and support for new habit formation. Jo is experienced in using Hogan, Neo, MBTI, WAVE. She can offer stand alone 360 feedbacks via Global Leader of the Future 360 (Marshall Goldsmith), she is also a qualified user of Korn Ferry.
Early morning, lunchtime and evening appointments are available in addition to normal working hours.
