Diana Moffat

BA (Hons), Jungian Analyst and Psychotherapist

Diana is a practicing Jungian analyst, psychotherapist and executive coach who works with individuals and couples from the age of 18 years and up. She has a particular interest in trauma and trained in Somatic Trauma Therapy with Babette Rothschild.

Diana has been in practice for more than 20 years, having spent her early years in the NHS before moving into the private sector. She is experienced in working with depressive and anxiety related disorders, as well as relationship issues and personality problems. She has also enjoyed a long career in the corporate sector as an executive coach, particularly in the technology space, working with clients such as SBC Ltd. Ometria, Signal Ai and Lingvist.

Having originally trained at the Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP), she now teaches there alongside facilitating their groups and seminars.

Her aim is to provide clients with a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space within which to explore whatever needed - be that just the stresses of daily life or more deep-rooted issues. She does not consider any concern too trivial and works in a brief, time-limited way as well as in a long-term, open-ended format. Diana is interested in facilitating deeper self-awareness which promotes better relations with oneself as well as others - work which focuses on developing her clients' understanding of their inner world, whilst appreciating the reality of the external environment.

Diana works with CoHS on a Monday, with early morning appointments available (7am onward) both face-to-face as well as via zoom.
