BSc, MSc, Post-MSc Dip, D.Psych, C Psychol
Victoria is the founder and clinical director of Change of Harley Street. Alongside a career in the NHS, she set up Change of Harley Street some 20 years ago now. She manages the day-to-day running of the business and supports the clinical team, with the help of Olly Jenkins, Patrick Gannon and Evangeline Henry.
Victoria has specialist skills in working with occupational stress and burn-out, complex depression, poor self-esteem, anxiety disorders, personality problems and relationship difficulties. She has a background in working with learning disabilities too, particularly ADHD and High Functioning Autism.
One of her main areas of practice these days is with perfectionism and Type A personalities. Her other key focus is in working with trauma and abuse of all forms. She is an EMDR Europe and UK Accredited Practitioner and is currently training as an equine therapist - using horses within interventions to help people recover from traumatic experiences.
Victoria takes an integrative approach, drawing on psychodynamic and new wave cognitive therapies including dialectical behavioural therapy, metacognitive and mindfulness-based interventions - in which she trained at the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre.
Victoria offers consultancy on mental health to other professionals in both the business and healthcare industries.
